Nighttime Beauty Mistakes You Didn't Know You Were Making

Everyone want to be beautiful! And some of us will put more effort trying to look our best. However, most of us got a few beauty mistakes go on at night that we had no idea we were making! For today I would like to share about the biggest beauty mistakes that people make before hitting the day and how to avoid them. It's time to identify the issues now so we can stop them and go on living a more beautiful life!

Mistake #1: Talking on your phone before bed

Whether you're calling up your bestie or wishing goodnight to a long-distance lover, it can be tempting to cozy up with your smartphone before calling it a night. But be warned! Your smartphone screen is full of germs and bacteria that can transfer to your face. You wouldn't want all you skin night routines to be for nothing right? Instead, use earphones or speakerphone option on your smartphone or limit the phone conversation to pre-bedtime cleansing.

Mistake #2: Not switching out your pillowcase

Your pillowcase is also a breeding ground for germs and bacteria. So keep it clean, people! Toss it in the wash at least once every week to decrease the chance of waking up to a not-so-welcome breakout.

Mistake #3: Forgetting your hands

Cracked cuticles? Dry hands? Always remember to apply on hand cream and cuticle oil before you sleep. Then, just let them saok in and do their magic while you're dreaming. You will wake up to soft and smooth hands skin.

Mistake #4: Not removing makeup

Throughout the day, all dust and dirt builds up on top of your face (and the makeup you have on) which making it become the prime environment for bacteria to produce. Just take a few minutes to give your face a good clean or at least wipe with a makeup wipe.. You will see less breakouts and more evely toned skin once you break this habit.

Mistake #5: Pulling up your hair tight

By doing this habit can cause your hair to have a serious breakage and enourage a receding hairline over time. Let your hair realx and be free while you sleep! If you think there's a lot of breakage happening, invest in some silk pillowcase so you won't break your hair as you toss and turn in the night.

Mistake #6: Skipping on brushing and flossing teeth

This habis not only allow some serious morning breath but it will allow all food to sit on your teeth and gums all night long. In short, it will end up with cavities that could turn into worse situations. Just brush your teeth.

Mistake #7: Staying up too late

Staying up too late will cause red eyes in the morning, irritability, inflammation and increased stress. All of this can lead to puffiness, uneven skin tone, eyebags, increase appetite throughout the day and more problems. Do yourself a favor by sleep at the same time every night to avoid staying up too late.

Mistake #8: Drinking or eating sugar right before bed

Besides that fact that you will spike the blood sugar and experience a rough crash shortly after, you will also be putting sugar into your body that will sit in all night long. Combine with not brushing your teeth going put you in a real situation. Put the soda back in the fridge and save the candy for the next day.

No matter what, we need to break those habits because some of them really can affect us in a negative way. I know it's possible to stop them but if you grab a friend and make it a team effort, your bad beauty habits can be a thing of the past!
